Documents referenced at the Oct 27, 2023 Township Committee Meeting
Dear Chesterfield Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting the documents dated September 22, 2023 from the Chesterfield Planning board to the Township Committee and dated September 9, 2023 from the planner Dochney referenced at the October 27, 2023 Township Committee meeting regarding Ordinance 2022-15. I would also like to receive any other supporting attachments, memos, professional studies in regards to Ordinance 2022-15 that were provided to the Township committee and or the Chesterfield township Planning/ Zoning Board.
I would like these documents to provided via upload to my request on OpraMachine.

The issue that you are experiencing with the file I sent you does not
show when I open that same file. There were some blank pages between each
page of the memos due to the scan settings. I rescanned without the blank
pages and have attached the same documents previously sent. This will
close the OPRA request.
