Documents pertaining to the placement of a stop sign
Dear New Jersey Department of Transportation,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
(1) All of the following documents pertaining to the placement of a stop sign adjacent to the
property located at 161 Valley Run Drive Cherry Hill NJ 08002, since January 2019 to Present.
(2) All letters of transmittal from the Township Clerk to the NJ Commissioner of
Transportation following the adoption of any ordinances, resolutions, or regulations pertaining to the move of the stop sign;
(3) All detailed information provided by the Township Clerk to the NJ Commissioner
of Transportation pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-8 as to the streets, intersections, and signs affected by the adopted ordinances, resolutions, or regulations pertaining to the move of the stop sign;
(4) All traffic count, crash, and speed sampling data provided by the Township Clerk
to the NJ Commissioner of Transportation pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-8 pertaining to any move or proposed move of the stop sign;
(5) All approvals by the NJ Commissioner of Transportation of any ordinances,
resolutions, or regulations adopted by the Township pertaining to the move of the stop sign.
