The final Planning Board resolution of approval for application SP-2447.

All site plans, architectural plans, engineering plans, and revisions submitted in connection with SP-2447, including any post-approval revised plans required by the Planning Board resolution.

All correspondence, review letters, or approvals from the Township Engineer, Planning Board Engineer, or other municipal professionals regarding compliance with the conditions of approval for SP-2447.

Any shared parking agreements or easements submitted or approved in connection with SP-2447, including any documents provided to the Township for review or recording.

All construction permits, demolition permits, zoning permits, or other permits issued or applied for related to SP-2447 or the property at 220 Sunset Rd.

Any inspection records, permit applications, or permit status records related to the above property since January 1, 2023.

Any documents indicating satisfaction of conditions of approval or authorization to proceed to construction for SP-2447.

I request these records in electronic format if available.

If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific statutory basis for the denial and release all reasonably segregable portions of responsive records.
