Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

All materials related to application SP2487 from February 1, 2024, through the present. This includes, but is not limited to:
All correspondence (emails, letters, memos) involving the Planning Board Administrator (Ally Morris), Planning Board members, and/or the Planning Board Attorney (John Jackson) regarding SP2487.
All revised site plans, submissions, exhibits, memos, or communications submitted by the applicant or their representatives.
Any internal reviews, reports, or notes prepared by or for the Township regarding SP2487.
Meeting minutes, agendas, transcripts, or recordings referencing SP2487 during this timeframe.

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 6/13/2025. Please note the township was closed on 6/20/2025 in
observance of Juneteenth. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is 6/25/2025. This response to your request is
being provided to you on the first business day after the custodian's
receipt of said request.
Due to the volume of your request and as this is in active litigation, all
the files need to be reviewed. OPRA allows custodians to seek custodians
to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. As such, your
request requires an extension of time until 7/11/2025.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Lakewood to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
