Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. In the following Facebook video, Mayor Jennifer Kuhn is holding two clear documents regarding developers who owe property taxes. Although she did name one, she did not name the rest on her list.

Please include the following documents:
Emails to/From Mayor Jennifer Kuhn from 1/1/2026 to present re: overdue / unpaid taxes by developers.
Copies of the documents clearly present in her possession inside town hall in the above video.

Copies of all letters/email correspondence sent to developers re: overdue property taxes in same time frame.
