Documents pertaining to Camden County Commissioner Carmen Rodriguez's decision to withdraw from election
Dear Camden County Board of Elections,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
(1) all documentation and communications prior to June 7, 2022, including but not limited to letters, memos, emails, text messages, and notes of conversations, which mention or pertain to Camden County Commissioner Carmen Rodriguez’s consideration and/or acceptance of a job to serve as the Camden County Executive Superintendent of Schools.
(2) all documentation and communications prior to June 7, 2022, including but not limited to letters, memos, emails, text messages, and notes of conversations, which mention or pertain to Camden County Commissioner Carmen Rodriguez’s resignation from her position on the Camden County Board of Commissioners.
(3) all documentation and communications prior to June 7, 2022, including but not limited to letters, memos, emails, text messages, and notes of conversations, which mention or pertain to Camden County Commissioner Carmen Rodriguez’s decision to withdraw from the November 8, 2022 general election race for the Camden County Board of Commissioners.
(4) all documentation and communications, including but not limited to letters, memos, emails, text messages, and notes of conversations, which mention or pertain to Camden County Commissioner Carmen Rodriguez’s decision to not inform the public, until after the New Jersey Democratic Primary Election was held on June 7, 2022, of her resignation from the Board of Commissioners and/or acceptance of the Camden County Executive Superintendent of Schools position and/or decision to not run in the November 2022 general election race for the Camden County Board of Commissioners.
