Records requested:
Any documentation outlining the special training that the Ocean County Sheriff's Dept gives its employees that allow them to cross the street at Hooper Ave at areas other than designated crosswalks.

As the Sheriff's Dept employees routinely cross the road in front of signs specifically stating that it is illegal to do so, there must be some special tactical training given that allows them that privilege.
