Hi Kaitlyn ,
I'm reaching out through here again because I was just advised by the current owner that there's an abandoned oil tank in the property for which a certificate of approval was issued - No. 20031488.
I would like to obtain information about this, specifically whether a NO Further Action Letter was issued at the time, or if a removal will be required by the City to proceed with the sale.
I called the Building Department to inquire but they were not able to provide further information on this particular issue.
Please let me know if this can be added to my request or who should I reach out instead.
