Dear Chatham Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: all open and closed permits and violations for 277 Riveredge Dr and 279 Riveredge Drive in Chatham, NJ. Also, if possible any building plans to possibly confirm floor/ceiling materials, and certificates of occupancy to confirm the date each unit was built.

Your request was forwarded to the Construction Department for processing when we received it on June 20th. I followed up with them this morning to be sure they reply within the 7 business day period set by statute. They have through the close of business on the 29th to fill the request.
