Good Afternoon,

Chelsea Libreros-Cortes
Part Time Clerk 1
Dear Chelsea Libreros,
Why are these documents that you provided redeacted? These are simply Police Reports and are not subject to redaction with out a court order or special circumstance. Remember, everyone is equal under the law.
Please be advised, I am amending my OPRA request for all similar OPRA requests for the past year, it is my HOPE, I will not find a pattern of abuse by the city of Linden to provide special treatment for Councilman Brown, as has been done in the past. My new request will be following shortly. I will leave this OPRA request OPEN subject to your outside counsel's review.
Yours sincerely,
Ethics Watch NJ
Dear Ethics Watch,
Please be advised that your concerns are being forwarded to our outside legal council who is hired to provide special counsel services with regard to OPRA.
Best,
Chelsea Librers-Cortes
