In the previous linked OPRA request which received more than one response from your office, documenation was provided from your team outlining 124 instances of an unlicensed BLS ambulance being utilized by a licensed BLS service in gross violation of NJAC 8:40 in which a department within your office is empowered with a duty to act to protect the public.

Please advise if there are no documents responsive to this request as there is an ongoing investigation for which action has yet to be taken or if no case has been opened.
