Dear Upper Pittsgrove Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

For the period of January 2021 through today (01/01/2021 through 03-28-2024), I am requesting any items that are referenced to Coombs Barnyard LLC, 20 Route 77, Elmer NJ. This includes:

- Land Use Board Agendas and Meeting Notes that reference Coombs Barnyard LLC
- Land Use Board Applications and Resolutions regarding Coombs Barnyard LLC
- All building and zoning permits referencing Coombs Barnyard LLC
- Any and all mercantile references and mercantile license(s) regarding Coombs Barnyard LLC, or Amanda Coombs (owner)
