These requests are in regards to the BLS Provider applications submitted by the Borough of South River.
I would like a copy of the agency's SOP, a copy of the staff roster and a copy of the provider and vehicle survey submitted by the Borough of South River in their application/follow up to the application to become a BLS Provider.

the letter you previously received the applicant has 180 days from
December 5, 2018 to make the submission.
