N.J.A.C. 6A:28-6.6(g) requests that the School Ethics Commission hold all
information confidential regarding any pending matter until the Commission
finds that a school official has violated the Act, or until the matter is
settled, withdrawn, or dismissed. Accordingly, the request is denied. A
receipt indicating same and that your request has been closed, is
attached.
