These documents must include those being delivered on private phones or in a private account because there's no expectation of privacy. These documents should include the reasons for changing the agenda.

"The Township Attorney, have caused the three aforementioned individuals to search their emails and text messages and any other documents in their possession and have been advised that no such communications exist between the aforementioned parties. Further, it is his legal opinion that even if any such communications did in fact exist, it would clearly be deliberative in nature and not subject to be produced."

With regards to the additional OPRA request from Mickey Mouse as to any
communications to or from the 3 committee members from anyone else between
the dates of January 1, 2024 and January 2, 2024 concerning the January 5,
2024 Council Meeting, I have caused a review of the 3 committee members
texts and emails and have been advised that there are no such messages
other than possible communications with me, the Township Attorney which
are not subject to OPRA.
