The Camden County Police Department (CCPD) provided the following
responses to each portion of your request:

2)Diversity statistics broken down by race and sex for current sworn,
supervisory positions.
3)Your hiring policy, procedures, guidelines, etc.
5)Your promotion policy, procedures, guidelines, etc.”
The CCPD provided records responsive to these portions of your request.

For parts 4, 6, and 7 of your request “4)Any record which originated from
a County employees and recommended the hiring of a specific employee from
Jan 1, 2018 to present.
6)Any record which originated from a County employees and recommended the
promotion of a specific employee from Jan 1, 2018 to present.
7)Diversity statistics broken down by race and sex for the occupants
during motor vehicles for the last 12 months.”
These portions of your request are too broad or contains insufficient
information and seeks documents that are not specifically “identifiable”
for the CCPD to gather a response. As such, the request submitted is a
wholesale request for information that is not encompassed by the intent of
OPRA as has been articulated in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et. seq. and MAG
Entertainment v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super.
534 (App. Div. 2005).

The staff at the Camden County Police Department notified me that they
would like an extension of time to respond to part 8 of your OPRA request
“8)Diversity statistics broken down by race and sex for all individuals
arrested during the last 12 months.”. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i, we
require an extension of time to allow the Department's personnel to
conduct an extensive search for the requested records.

We anticipate that we will have a response ready for you on or about
December 4, 2020.
