Dear Middletown School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

A list of all district cell phone numbers and the the name of the individual the phone was issued to.

A list of all cell phone numbers that the district is reimbursing administration and/or employees for and the name of the person to whom that number belongs. Or a list of all administrator's cell phone numbers, with the names of the administrator and or employee on it. Or, if that list doesn't exist, a copy of the most recent bill that has been submitted for reimbursement, with the individuals name and the phone number visible. Obviously the account number must be redacted.
