Records requested: I would like to request via OPRA, the following:
The status of the Gloucester Twp appeal or court case of the distressed home sales being used in home sales comps within the twp. I would also request the docket number, and a copy of that appeal court document to the county, or state regarding this same case.
I further request a detailed legal expense, including all attorney costs, filing fees, and names of all legal firms that have represented Gloucester Township in this matter and the fees by each of those firms. If this appeal has been settled, I would like the results documents, or next hearing, or court date in this matter.
If you have any question about this request, you have my number, and I request that you call me right away, and not wait for the 7 day deadline before requesting clarity.
Please keep in mind that I consider the 7 day deadline to be the normal 7 business day protocol and not 7 Gloucester Township days. I say this respectfully.
This is a topic to which I have spoken to twp Solicitor Mr. Carlemere on, so this should be very familiar to him, as to matter.
