Dear Rochelle Park Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

I respectfully request copies of records related to compensation for all
police dispatchers employed by the Township from January 1, 2020 through
the present date.

Specifically, I am requesting the following records for each dispatcher:

Annual base salary/pay rate

Overtime compensation records

Holiday pay records

Shift differential pay

Stipends of any kind, including but not limited to training stipends,
longevity pay, education stipends, acting supervisor pay, or specialty
assignment compensation

Compensatory time payouts

Any bonuses, retroactive payments, or additional compensation provided
outside of regular salary

Payroll registers or payroll summaries reflecting the above compensation
categories

Any records showing accumulated and/or paid out unused vacation, sick,
personal, or compensatory time if compensated monetarily

Any contracts, agreements, MOAs, salary ordinances, or resolutions
establishing dispatcher compensation, stipends, or additional pay
categories during the requested timeframe

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.  If you
are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person
and provide their email address to me for future reference.

The Township of Rochelle Park Records Custodian received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on 5/20/26. We respectfully requested an
extension until 6/10/26.
 
Your request sought the following records and the response is as follows:

Annual base salary/pay rate
See attached 2025 salary resolution.

Overtime compensation records
Hall: 214 hours
Gorman: 1169 hours
Domingues: 236 hours
Colombini: 300 hours  (521.5 hours were deducted for SLEO hours)
*Please be advised that the Police Department system only has records for
current employees, which are the 4 dispatchers listed above.

Holiday pay records – No responsive records.

Shift differential pay – No responsive records.

Stipends of any kind, including but not limited to training stipends,
longevity pay, education stipends, acting supervisor pay, or specialty
assignment compensation – No responsive records.

Compensatory time payouts – No responsive records.

Any bonuses, retroactive payments, or additional compensation provided
outside of regular salary – Retroactive payments are contingent upon the
approval of the salary ordinance for the respective year. This amount is
included in the YTD gross salary chart.

Payroll registers or payroll summaries reflecting the above compensation
categories – No responsive records.

Any records showing accumulated and/or paid out unused vacation, sick,
personal, or compensatory time if compensated monetarily – No responsive
records.

Any contracts, agreements, MOAs, salary ordinances, or resolutions
establishing dispatcher compensation, stipends, or additional pay
categories during the requested timeframe – No responsive records with the
exception of the salary ordinance and salary resolution.
