Any agreement, contract, or similar documentation between the Borough and the South Plainfield Rescue Squad/South Plainfield EMS (a for-profit corporation) for EMS dispatch services (item of value) detailing the amount paid to the Borough for such services.

Please also include a list of all services provided to the Borough by the South Plainfield Rescue Squad.

I am not sure what a "for-profit" agreement/contract is. My initial request did not ask for such documentation. The South Plainfield Rescue Squad/South Plainfield EMS was referred to as "a for-profit corporation" solely based on their tax status as their non-profit status was automatically revoked by the IRS in 2017.

Please provide the documentation as requested below:

A statement reaffirning that there are no documents responsive to this request will be understood as a statment that there is no agreement between the Borough and the enity in question regarding the dispatch services they currently enjoy from the South Plainfield Police Department as a private for-profit entity that no longer serves the residents or visitors of the Borough.
