Hello,
I’ve been in contact with the police department, and they’ve confirmed
that the records they provided are all that exist for this request. There
was only one 911 call made for that address.
Regarding the body-worn camera (BWC) footage, it has been reviewed, and
the officer did not have any interaction with the caller.

This OPRA request has NOT been fulfilled. The caller of false alarm 911 call was 100% spoken to by police. Original part of 911 call is not included inside attachments. The only part where 911 caller was included in the dispatch audio was when county dispatched Jackson and caller confirmed she was waiting at the end of the street with Pennsylvania plates. The original reason for call is not included. If you do not have the records for original call from START, please receive and forward from Ocean county dispatch or whoever is custodian of records for this false 911 call.
The report says at 18:42 PO #332 Joshua Gonzalez “Spoke to the caller who advised she wanted a welfare check on her brother”
This clearly indicates the caller had contact with police, specifically PO #332 Joshua Gonzalez. RELEASE ALL MISSING FOOTAGE FROM THIS INCIDENT. You are required to release this information let this serve as an official reply & notice to this OPRA request.

clarify what was requested and what you have received. As I mentioned
earlier to you over the phone and via email. The records that you have
received are all the records our police department has for this request.
My last call with the police department, they told me that we do not have
the entire 911 call, as the call starts at the County, then gets

This OPRA request has NOT been fulfilled. The caller of false alarm 911
call was 100% spoken to by police. Original part of 911 call is not
included inside attachments. The only part where 911 caller was included
in the dispatch audio was when county dispatched Jackson and caller
confirmed she was waiting at the end of the street with Pennsylvania
plates. The original reason for call is not included. If you do not have
the records for original call from START, please receive and forward from
Ocean county dispatch or whoever is custodian of records for this false
911 call.
The report says at 18:42 PO #332 Joshua Gonzalez “Spoke to the caller who
advised she wanted a welfare check on her brother”
This clearly indicates the caller had contact with police, specifically PO
#332 Joshua Gonzalez. RELEASE ALL MISSING FOOTAGE FROM THIS INCIDENT. You
are required to release this information let this serve as an official
reply & notice to this OPRA request.
