Dear Brick Township,

Records requested: Discovery video obtained by Police of the incident on May 28, 2024. Case number 44268-24. Also, the detective's body cam footage from when Detective Riccio went to Mr. Dunn's residence.

In response to OPRA 1089-24, the video obtained in relation to case 44268-24 is exempt citing N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 - criminal investigatory records.

In addition, see the attached estimate to copy the body camera footage associated with case #: 44268-24. The cost to copy the body worn camera footage related to this case is $124.78. In order to prepare the disc, payment must be made in full prior to beginning the project. Redactions and exemptions apply. The body camera request is subject to approval for release by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
