Dear North Haledon Borough,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of North Haledon Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Discovery for the Trial for Ilona Nedelko and all contact made with Ilona Nedelko with any court administrator, prosecutor, judge, or any other municipal official.'.

Why was this given to Robert LaSalle without hearing from the custodian of records. Along with Mr. LaSalle not providing said discovery.

I am writing to formally requesting again full discovery in connection with the above-referenced matter.

Pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 3:13-3, as well as any other applicable rules including Rule 7:7-7 if this matter is being handled at the municipal level, I request that you provide all discovery and materials in your possession, custody, or control related to this case.

This request includes, but is not limited to:
- All police reports and investigative reports
- Witness statements (written or recorded)
- Audio, video, and photographic evidence
- CAD reports, dispatch logs, and incident reports
- Laboratory reports, expert reports, and test results
- Any communications involving court staff or law enforcement related to this matter
- Any and all exculpatory evidence as required under Brady v. Maryland
- Any other documents, notes, or materials relevant to this case

Please consider this a continuing request, and provide any additional materials that become available.

Additionally, I would like clarification as to why my OPRA request was forwarded to Robert LaSalle for handling. Under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), requests are typically processed by the designated records custodian of the relevant public agency. Please explain his role in responding to this request and the legal basis for his involvement prior and in lieu of the records custodian.

I would appreciate your confirmation of when this discovery will be made available preferably digitally but can pick up in person prior to 6/10/26 court date.
