I request access to and copies of the following records maintained by the Borough of Kenilworth and/or Kenilworth Police Department:

All Internal Affairs (IA) records, complaints, investigations, findings, summaries, disciplinary actions, or related documents concerning Chief Paul Campanelli that relate to or mention:

1. False reporting, untruthfulness, dishonesty, or falsification of records/statements;
2. Any allegations of misconduct involving credibility or truthfulness;
3. Any discipline, suspension, time off (paid or unpaid), demotion, or other personnel actions resulting from IA investigations or complaints.

Please include complaint forms, investigation reports, witness statements, evidence, findings, dispositions, correspondence, memos, and appeals for the entire period of his employment.

I request electronic copies (PDF) if available. This request is also made under the common law right of access.

This request is submitted anonymously as permitted by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f).
