Records requested:
1) Please provide the performance evaluations for Officer Jeury DeJesus-Rodriguez for every year that he was employed by the Paterson Police Department, including but not limited to, Officer Jeury DeJesus-Rodriguez's disciplinary record.

2) Please provide a list of all complaints and their relevant allegations filed against Officer Jeury DeJesus-Rodriguez during his employment with the Paterson Police Department.

3) Please provide the amount of times Officer Jeury DeJesus-Rodriguez has been the arresting officer or involved in an arrest for a person accused of resisting arrest under N.J.S.A 2C:29-2 during Officer Jeury DeJesus-Rodriguez's employment with the Paterson Police Department.

4)Please provide copies of all Use of Force Reports involving Jeury DeJesus-Rodriguez during the time period January 01, 2021- August 23, 2024.
