1) Please provide the performance evaluations for Officer Robert Westfall for every year that he was employed by the Toms River Police Department, including but not limited to, Officer Westfall's disciplinary record.

2) Please provide a list of all complaints and their relevant allegations filed against Officer Robert Westfall during his employment with the Toms River Police Department.

3) Please provide the amount of times Officer Robert Westfall has been the arresting officer or involved in an arrest for a person accused of resisting arrest under N.J.S.A 2C:29-2 during Officer Westfall's employment with the Toms River Police Department.

4)Please provide copies of all Use of Force Reports involving Robert Westfall during the time period January 01, 2021- August 23, 2024.
