Records requested:

1) Please provide the performance evaluations for Officer Ryan Braswell for every year that he was employed by the Eatontown Police Department, including but not limited to, Officer Braswell's disciplinary record.

2) Please provide a list of all complaints and their relevant allegations filed against Officer Ryan Braswell during his employment with the Eatontown Police Department.

3) Please provide the amount of times Officer Ryan Braswell has been the arresting officer or involved in an arrest for a person accused of resisting arrest under N.J.S.A 2C:29-2 during Officer Braswell's employment with the Eatontown Police Department.
