- All draft and final design schematics for disc golf courses at all locations currently under consideration and previously under consideration.
- Copies of bid solicitation and bids received for disc golf equipment, design and installation.
- Copies of check register for all checks issued to Discmania
- Copies of delivery documentation for disc golf equipment received from Discmania
- Copies of all communications with Discmania or any other disc golf vendors
- Copies of all Borough communications about Discmania or any other disc golf vendors
