Dear Middlesex County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Middlesex Sheriff Officer who drives A silver truck with license plate NJ V53 GKG with handicapped parking tag from NJ DV 021643, can you produce the date he notified the county of said disability.
Also can you produce the date if it was before or after being hired and if possible if he never reported this to the county.
