Dear Craig Klein and Barbara Murphy:

May I please have a copy of your contract with the attorney representing the Diploma Joint Insurance Fund and School Excess Fund.

I am aware the Diploma JIF attorney is CORNELL, MERLINO, MEEKEVER AND OSBORNE, is the same attorney as the Wall BOE. This certainly seems to be a conflict of interest as Mr. Smyth votes as a Trustee on his own claims for the Wall BOE and then votes to hire you as the JIF attorney and you are the Wall BOE attorney.

The time frame is 2023 - 2024.
