This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. January 2024 Seaside Heights Borough, NJ Police Department Arrest Reports.
2. Please provide copies of all of your police department’s Use of Force Reports that were created during the month of January 2024.
3. Please provide copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued for January 2024.
4. Please provide copies of all motor vehicle accident reports for January 2024.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

I'm actually looking for the actual arrest reports for item 1.
I'm objecting to item #3. I have gotten copies of traffic tickets and summons that the officers have issued during any given month from various police departments instead the judiciary.
