1. April 2020 Spring Lake Borough, NJ Police Department Arrest Reports.
2. Please provide copies of all of your police department’s Use of Force Reports that were created during the month of April 2020 .
3. Please provide copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued for April 2020.
4. Please provide copies of all motor vehicle accident reports for April 2020.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

I never received the accident reports as of this date yet.

Unfortunately our Attorney's office has made the determination that these
documents should be paid for. Please let me know how you would like to

In the last email with your attorney he said you received the documents.
I thought you had gone directly to the company we use because I know that
we did not give you the documents.

There is a miscommunication somewhere along the line. I was verbally told by a borough staff member at a unknown date that I was going to receive the documents free-of-charge. I was waiting to receive the documents after the verbal exchange. Today, I finally did some follow-up to see what happened to the documents that I never received as of this date 7-14-2020.
