DFS not answering OPRA request of 2 months

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Office of Ethics should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Fire Safety,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
Please provide the applications with the supporting documentation (submitted by the applicant or on behalf of the applicant) for any certifications and/or licenses issued or denied for the following persons: Mario Batista, Andrew Zdrodowski, and Jason Patino.

This request shall include any documents submitted by the applicant or on behalf of the applicants and or any documentation or communications from the Divison of Fire Safety to the applicants listed above for the following certifications and/or licenses: Firefighter 1, Firefighter 2, Hazardous Materials Awareness, Operations, Technician & or Specialist, Incident Management Level 1, 2 & 3, Fire Officer, Fire Investigator, Fire Police Officer, Fire Inspector, Fire Official, Fire Instructor (Levels 1 and 2) and Drill Ground Instructor.

Since the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Fire Safety has refused to answer said OPRA request and it has 2 months, please obtain the information and provide a response. thank you
