A detailed explanation of why Telecom teacher Mark Clauberg was a teacher for Lacey Schools in December of 2007, but not January of 2008.

Mark Clauberg did not complete the 2007 - 2008 school year. Why did this teacher fail to fulfill their contract for the year? Was he fired? Did he quit?

The public has a right to know the details of every termination of a government contract. They have a right to know if the teacher was removed for abusing a student or for standing up for a student against their abusers.
