Records requested:

A detailed summary of Ocean County Commissioner Gary Quinn's business with the Lacey Township Police Department on 10/25/17. Gary Quinn very clearly stated on video: "I am on the governing body" when asked who he was while exiting a backroom of the Lacey Township Police department on October 25th, 2017.

The public has a right to know the details of every interaction between different government agencies.
