Dear Pollution Control Financing Authority of Camden County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. I was referred to your department for this question.

Records requested:
I am seeking documentation of the annual host fee paid by the Covanta Incinerator to either Camden City and/or Camden County. I am hoping the documentation details where any potential host fees are paid. I would also like statements of any other annual taxes and/or payments in lieu of taxes paid by Covanta to either Camden City and/or Camden County for their facility in South Camden.
