This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I respectfully request an updated detailed cost estimate for the entire park project at 8th Street, West Keansburg/Hazlet Township.

The last detailed engineering estimate, dated 11/21/22, reflected a project cost of $1,527,274.00 versus an original engineering estimate of $1,232,857.50. This analysis does not reflect the latest tot lot playground equipment estimate presented on 12/12/22.

At the 12/12/22 meeting, the new playground designs would reflect a net cost savings of approximately $50,000 versus the prior estimates.
