Deputy Chief David Corbisiero- North Bergen NJ- Criminal Allegations
Dear North Bergen Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
I am requesting all recent complaints against that
CRIMINAL, Deputy Chief David Corbisiero, for weaponizing Internal Affairs against his officers and enemies as well as fabricating charges (that he just got caught red handed doing).
The entire Department knows whistleblowers such as myself are coming forward with the abuse that this criminal has imposed on his officers. The Township needs to list these complaints for the public to see.
DC Carbs backstabbed Chief Farley along with that other dweeb, Dave as well. The two Daves wanted to throw Farley out and take over the Chief and Deputy Chief spots, didn't they? Hey Rob, did you finally figure out who was doing you in with the OPRAS or are you in denial still?
Power makes people do some evil things doesn't it?
I am requesting the training order and table of organization showing where Deputy Chief Corbisiero's son is listed as the K-9 dog handler.
I'm further requesting the Dept. policy on nepotism as well as Deputy Chief Corbisiero's contract.
You know, the contract where he went behind Chief Farley's back and snaked himself a contract only a few thousand dollars less than the Chief of Police...
Is Junior going back to patrol? Give the people what they want.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
Yours faithfully,
Caught Red Handed
