Deposit receipts for political signs
Dear Buena Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of all political sign deposit slips, as required by Borough Zoning Ordinance 150-105 (J)(2), for the years 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018. If the fee was waived, please supply a copy of the record of authorization that was used to waive said deposit.

Dear Mr. James,
There are no deposit slips or waivers responsive to your request. The Republican Club and the Democratic Club both put up the required deposits many years ago. Both organizations opted to have the funds held on account.
