Dear April Claudio,
I'm looking for an official document like this. This is from Aberdeen Township. It's my understanding that all law enforcement agencies has access to these type of documents.

Dear April Claudio,
Are you telling me that the Belmar Police Department doesn't have access to these type of documents...?! It doesn't make sense to me why would the Belmar Police Department would be excluded from the other police departments who would have access to these type of documents.
