**I'm looking for an official document like this. This is from Aberdeen Township. It's my understanding that all law enforcement agencies has access to these type of documents.

Good Morning Morgan Jayden Hunter,
The Colts Neck Police Department received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on August 31,2020. The official Records Custodian, Rae
Behrens; received your OPRA request on August 31, 2020. As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is September
10, 2020. This response to your request is being provided to you on the
third business day the custodian’s receipt of said request.
The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
