**I'm looking for an official document like this. This is from Aberdeen Township. It's my understanding that all law enforcement agencies has access to these type of documents.

Asbury Park Police Department had is a W81EEL42557701 Dozer and the Police
Department can not verify it location of this dozer today and there are no
maintenance records responsive to this request.
