On the bottom of the first page of your response under the Disposition Notes section it states "Based on the record request, responsive electronic records have been identified and will be provided to you within 5 business days. You will receive email notification on how to access (i.e., download) the electronic records. Note at times, the NJDEP may utilize the File Sharing Transfer sites “WeTransfer.com” or “FileMail.com” for larger electronic transfers." You should expect to receive a link to download those records within seven business days.
