Demolished DOH building

Records requested:
The H&A building/NJDOH building which had been located at 369 South Warren Street in Trenton, NJ was demolished in 2019/2022 and a new building was erected at 55 North Willow Street in Trenton, NJ.
1. Why was the DOH building located at 369 South Warren Street in Trenton demolished?
Please provide any records/ inspections that were performed or other documents that discuss safety, environmental, structural, plumbing, electrical or other concerns that were noted about the demolish DOH building for the last 15 years.
