Dear Jenna Jankowski (Seaside Park, NJ),

My request is very simple and do not need to conduct research Seaside Park purchased two properties via taxpayer money, therefore need to be transparent regarding how taxpayer money is spent.

The simple and clear request is:
-provide the sales transaction, usually known as a Deed, to both of the below properties.
- provide all bids obtained for the proposed demolition of each property, the documentation of the awarded contract of the demolition, and the final cost of same, for the following properties:

-66 I Street
-215 SW CENTRAL AVE

The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated June 8,
2023 for:

Any and all documentation regarding the cost of the demolition of seaside
park properties:

-66 I Street
-215 SW CENTRAL AVE"

Please be advised that this is a broad or unclear OPRA request. Currently,
your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the specific
government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police
Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div.  2005). At this time, we
request clarification of your OPRA request. Custodians are not required to
conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA request.

Please respond in writing and identify the specific government records
sought so that we may process your request. Failure to provide written
clarification of your request will result in the closure of this OPRA
request. In your correspondence, please provide the identifiable
government records sought (i.e. type of record), subject matter, and time
frame.

If you have any questions regarding OPRA, please contact the Clerk's
