Delran Night Out Finances
Dear Delran Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1. All Documents related to the Delran Night Out budget for 2025.
2. All documents related to the 2025 Delran Night Out concerning bills, invoices, and purchase orders. This is including past and future bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
3. All documents related to the 2025 Delran Night Out concerning sound, stage, A/V, and bands, musicians, performers.
4. All documents related to the 2025 Delran Night Out concerning compliance with the bid threshold.
5. All documents related to the 2025 Delran Night Out concerning compliance with Delran Township audit finding number 2021-1.

As per N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 Social Security Numbers were redacted. Also, Employer Identification Numbers and Insurance Policy Number were redacted under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 as they contain "proprietary financial information" as well as "security measures" .. which, if disclosed, would create a risk to the safety of persons, property, electronic data or software. Insurance Policy Numbers were also redacted under the following exemption within N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 "Information which is a communication between a public agency and its insurance carrier, administrative service organization or risk management office."
