Thank you for your patience. Attached please find the Tax Office's response to your 2 submitted OPRA requests from March 31st.
If you should have any questions regarding their response, you must contact the Tax Office directly at telephone #856-757-7003.
Please be advised that the owner name has been redacted.
Personal information, such as an individual representative's name were redacted pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1.1: "A public body has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy."
While the City strives to be transparent in responding to OPRA requests, Daniel's Law cannot be ignored. Thus, to avoid a violation of Daniels' Law, even an unintentional violation, the City has determined that it will not be releasing the names of individual owners pending further guidance on Daniel's Law. Such personal information is being removed or redacted from records going forward. Since the removal and/or redaction only applies to the release of personal information [names and addresses], if the name of the owner and the address of a property is listed under a partnership, corporation etc., removal or redaction of that information is not necessary
