Under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am
requesting copies of the following government records maintained by Allentown,
Monmouth County. Each is requested as an EXISTING record; I am not asking that any
new record be created or that research be performed. Where a list is held by another
department, please forward this request to that custodian.

1. Delinquent water and/or sewer utility accounts -- the current list of
properties with unpaid water/sewer charges.

2. Tax-sale lien list -- the current list of properties with municipal liens
for unpaid water, sewer, taxes, or other municipal charges, showing block,
lot and amount owed.

3. Vacant & abandoned property registrations -- the current list of properties
registered as vacant or abandoned (e.g. under N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.12s or a local
registration ordinance).

4. Property-maintenance / code-enforcement liens -- the current list of
properties with open property-maintenance or code-enforcement violations or
with municipal liens for such charges.

5. Condemnation / unfit-for-habitation list -- any current list of properties
declared unfit for human habitation or condemned by the construction or
health official.

If your municipality's water service is provided by a private utility, I am still
requesting items 2-5 and any sewer/municipal-charge delinquency list you maintain.

To the extent any of these already exist in electronic form, an Excel/CSV or PDF
copy would be ideal.

If your office uses a specific OPRA request form or online portal, please let
me know and I will resubmit through it. If any portion of this request is
denied, please cite the specific statutory basis. If a copying or service fee
applies, please advise of the amount before proceeding.

Please reference OPRA-MONMOUTH-ALLENTOWN-2026-002 in your reply so I can route your response correctly.

Under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, I certify that:

- I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the law of this
State, another state, or the United States.

- I, or another person, WILL use the requested government records for a
commercial purpose.
