Dear Buena Borough Fire District #2,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

In order to alleviate the accusation of illegal spending of tax payers money on a privately owned building, at the January 10, 2023 public Minotola Fire Commissioner meeting, it was announced that the Minotola Fire Company took action at their last meeting to transfer the deed to the firehouse property located at 255 Wheat Road to the Minotola Fire Commissioners, a title search was ordered and that the new deed would be fully executed by January 11, 2023. As of this date, the deed has not been recorded in the Atlantic County Clerks Office. Please provide a copy of the fully executed deed signed by the Minotola Fire Commissioners and advise of the date (if action was taken) the deed was submitted to the county to be recorded.

The fully executed deed has not yet been returned to the Commissioners of
Fire District 2 as of today. The fully executed Deed was forwarded to our
attorney to be recorded with the County.
