Dear Berkeley Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

* All Police calls, logs, responses and records pertaining to any deceased dogs recovered during time period 6/24/19-6/26/19 (Please also include any records pertaining to attempted notification and or notification of owner.

* All DPW records for the retrieval of a deceased dog during the time period of 6/24/19 -6/26/19

The Department of Public Works has no documents responsive to your request.
In most cases Animal Control would handle the removal of a deceased dog and they also have no documents responsive to your request.
The Police Department Records Bureau will be responding to the remainder of the request
